Defense Verdict

Mr. Leid recently obtained a defense verdict in a weeklong jury trial in Mason County Superior Court (Cause No.: 12-2-00658-3). This was an admitted liability car accident. The Plaintiffs claimed extensive soft tissue injuries and incurred approximately $30,000 in medical bills from two car accidents. The jury ultimately returned a verdict of Zero ($0) award to the three Plaintiffs related to the accident involving our clients. They were awarded a nominal amount to the second accident. April 30, 2015.
