Jenna Goltermann

Jenna R. Goltermann is an associate with CWLH. Ms. Goltermann’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense, including first party coverage, bad faith, and third party defense.

Ms. Goltermann graduated from the University of Washington in 2009. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Goltermann served as a second grade teacher for Teach for America, a legislative aid for Senator Karen Fraser, the Field and Legislative Assistant for the ACLU of Washington, and the Education Services Coordinator for the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.
Ms. Goltermann graduated in 2015 from Seattle University School of Law and joined CWLH as an associate. During her time in law school, Ms. Goltermann was on the Moot Court Board, a legal clerk for Weyerhauser, and a summer associate for Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. Ms. Oates was also distinguished as the recipient of a Presidential Law Scholarship in 2012, as well as a Golden Gavel Award in both 2014 and 2015.
Ms. Goltermann is admitted to practice in Washington State and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, The King County Bar Association, and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
