Bailey Krueger Hubbard
Bailey Krueger Hubbard is an associate at CWLH. She earned her B.A. in English Literature, Japanese, and Film Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. She went on to earn an M.A. from the University of Chicago, where she completed a thesis that explored the influence of Japanese Zen Buddhism and the haiku on Modernist American poetry. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2013.
Bailey’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense, including first party coverage, third party defense, and bad faith. She has experience with a wide range of litigation, including toxic tort, labor and employment, trusts and estates, product liability, and premises liability. She has also practiced on the corporate side and has experience with aviation law, commercial contracts, and spent a year serving as in-house counsel.
Bailey is admitted to practice in the state bars of Washington, New York, and Texas.
