Hillarie Lee is an associate attorney at CWLH. Her practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense.
Prior to joining CWLH, Ms. Lee represented Washington’s Self-Insured Employers as defense counsel in Workers’ Compensation cases at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals. More recently, Ms. Lee worked for a commercial litigation firm representing businesses and individuals in matters ranging from general tort cases, contract disputes, and employment matters.
Ms. Lee attended Penn State University where she received her B.A. in History, Economics, and Labor and Employment Relations.
Ms. Lee graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2016. While attending law school as an evening student, Ms. Lee worked as a legislative aide for a state senator in Olympia. It was also while in law school that Ms. Lee gained legal experience working as an extern for the Honorable Chief Justice Debra L. Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court, an extern for the Washington State’s Office of the Attorney General, and a Rule 9 intern for a boutique elder law firm in West Seattle.
Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in Washington State and before the United States District Courts for the Western Districts of Washington.
