Jeremy L. Muth joined CWLH as an associate in 2017. Mr. Muth’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense, including first party coverage, bad faith, and third party defense.
Mr. Muth received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and is recognized as a member of the Delta Mu Delta international honors society in business.
Mr. Muth received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2015. During law school, Mr. Muth earned an externship with the Federal Defender Office for the Western District of Washington. His prior litigation experience includes intellectual property, labor and employment, contract, and business law.
Mr. Muth is admitted to practice in Washington State, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association.
